  1. When will I receive my receive my refund or store credit? 

We'll email you updates throughout the returns process but just in case, here's how it works. You send your product back to us, once your return has been received, your return request will be processed within 1 - 3 business days. If you have any questions along the way you can always email us at hello@verylovelypeople.com. Once processed, your financial institution can take 3 - 5 business days to process the funds back to your account. 
  2. How do I return an item? Step one - Before you return your item, go to verylovelypeople.com and log into My Account, go to My Orders click on the Request RMA button, use the form to submit/create new RMA, select the item to be returned, select from the list the condition of the item being returned, add a comment and click Create RMA button. Step Two - We will send you a form to fill in to include in your return, the address to return it to and a shipping label to attach to the return parcel. Step 3 - Attach the shipping label to the parcel and take to your local Australia post ** Please note: Very Lovely People is not responsible for the costs of returning goods.
  3. What is Very Lovely People's return policy? Simply put - if you are unhappy with your purchase and the product/s are still in their original condition you have 21 days to return the product for a full refund no questions asked. See more at VLP's returns page.
  4. What if I return the item on day 21? Not a problem - so long as it is sent with in 21 days of you receiving it - we will honour crediting items that arrive by post our courier after the 21 day window.
  5. How long does it take to receive my purchase? Goods Shipped LocallyWhen you purchase a product from VLP you are buying it direct from the source. Because there are many different suppliers on our site the delivery times will vary from supplier to supplier. If the supplier is in Australia please allow at least 2-4 business days to receive your package. If there are any delays with your order we will keep you informed. Please allow more time for delivery to hard to reach rural/remote areas.
  6. Faulty Goods - What is deemed as faulty? We will return a product for faulty if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure. We will not return a product for faulty if it isn’t covered by our warranty policy or if it the product was damaged whilst being used in a way that it was not intended. The intention of use is at the discretion of Very Lovely People and will be judged in a reasonable way.
