EASY RETURNS!! You have 21 days to return a full price item
To return a full price item we have a three step process:
STEP ONE - Before you return your item, go to verylovelypeople.com and log into My Account, go to My Orders click on the Request RMA button, use the form to submit/create new RMA, select the item to be returned, select from the list the condition of the item being returned, add a comment and click Create RMA button.
STEP TWO - We will send you a form to fill in to include in your return, the address to return it to and a shipping label to attach to the return parcel.
STEP THREE - Attach the shipping label to the parcel and take to your local Australia post ** Please note: Very Lovely People is not responsible for the costs of returning goods.
